Matthew Robinson

Matthew is a Partner with FCB Workplace Law and has over a decade of experience in providing industrial relations and employment law advice.

Matthew has a wealth of experience servicing a wide range of industries, including workplace and industrial advices and disputes such as:

• Strategic advices on various labour structures along with recommendations on their strengths, weaknesses and implementation
• Negotiating & drafting employment contracts, policies, Enterprise Agreements and individual statutory agreements
• Managing and mitigating against lawful/unlawful industrial action and picketing
• Termination of employment management and litigation
• Breach of contract & wage/entitlement claims
• Corporate restructures, redundancies & transfer of business and industrial instruments
• Proactive and reactive defences to discrimination and harassment issues

Matthew is also an experienced advocate before the numerous Courts and Tribunals in Australia.

Additionally, Matthew is experienced in a range of commercial matters including debt recovery, property & trust law, corporation law & insolvency. This experience provides a commercial focus to a client's outcomes.
