Matthew Robinson
Matthew is a Partner with FCB Workplace Law and has over a decade of experience in providing industrial relations and employment law advice.
Matthew has a wealth of experience servicing a wide range of industries, including workplace and industrial advices and disputes such as:
- Strategic advices on various labour structures along with recommendations on their strengths, weaknesses and implementation
- Negotiating & drafting employment contracts, policies, Enterprise Agreements and individual statutory agreements
- Managing and mitigating against lawful/unlawful industrial action and picketing
- Termination of employment management and litigation
- Breach of contract & wage/entitlement claims
- Corporate restructures, redundancies & transfer of business and industrial instruments
- Proactive and reactive defences to discrimination and harassment issues
Matthew is also an experienced advocate before the numerous Courts and Tribunals in Australia.
Additionally, Matthew is experienced in a range of commercial matters including debt recovery, property & trust law, corporation law & insolvency. This experience provides a commercial focus to a client's outcomes.
Qualifications: BSc LLB
