Business unit managers play a vital role in nurturing a productive and motivated workforce.  A critical aspect of FCB HR's sustainable and cost effective service delivery is our focus on training and mentoring, for senior management and line managers, in leadership, coaching and skill development.

We feel we have done our job when managers and team leaders have developed the confidence to make their own decisions without having to rely upon our ongoing advice and direction.
