Matthew Robinson 2017 LexisNexis Legal Innovation Index Finalist

North Sydney, August 23, 2017 – LexisNexis® Pacific and Janders Dean has announced that Partner of FCB, Matthew Robinson is a finalist for the 2017 Legal Innovation Index.

The Index seeks to recognise the most innovative firms and legal professionals in Australia and New Zealand that have delivered unique solutions and added value for their clients, setting their organisation apart from the competition.

Matthew Robinson is a Partner of FCB Group and an Accredited Specialist of Employment Law in NSW. Matthew is an experienced litigator with over 15 years of experience assisting clients primarily in the Manufacturing sector.

Matthew’s nomination for the 2017 LexisNexis Legal Innovation Index rests primarily on his work on large-scale underpayment audits, a new service offering called FCB PayCheck. Large-scale underpayment audits are typically reserved for big-four accounting firms with the aid of a contracted law firm. Matthew has devised a new method for conducting large scale audits which streamlines this process and offers in depth legal analysis for a fraction of the price. Innovation like is unprecedented as a legal offering.

“Law firms have always been able to conduct audits, just not of this scale and not in this time frame. My method has enabled FCB to provide services which have allowed our clients to take a proactive approach to their compliance through back payments to minimise risk,” says Matthew.

LexisNexis will reveal the winner of the 2017 Legal Innovation Index on August 30th. FCB Group is proud to have Matthew selected as a finalist for this prestigious award.
