Brittany is a Partner at FCB Workplace Law and is based in FCB’s Brisbane office. Brittany is a leading expert in providing workplace business solutions to employers in the professional services, hospitality, retail, and building and construction industries. 

Brittany’s approach is to achieve practical and commercial solutions for business in the many varied and complex issues which arise in the Australian workplace starting from workforce recruitment.  Using her common-sense approach to disputes and litigious matters, Brittany has allowed her clients to achieve commercial outcomes while protecting their reputation in the marketplace.

Brittany is recognised as a ‘safe pair of hands’ and technical expert in workplace relations and industrial relations law. Her experience includes advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. She is a trusted advisor and has a unique skill set.
