Alexandra is a Senior Associate at FCB Workplace Law. Although based in our Sydney office, Alex has worked with clients across Australia, including in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. During her time at FCB, Alex has gained valuable experience providing advice to a number of employer associations through a telephone advisory service and bespoke consultancy work. 

Her areas of expertise include:

• Employment contracts 
• Workplace policies and procedures 
• Award interpretation and compliance 
• Managing terminations and redundancies 
• Employment relations training

Alex works with clients across a wide range of industries and business structures, and has particular experience within the retail, hospitality, health and recruitment/on-hire industries. She has significant experience in advisory matters and values a strong focus on practical commercial outcomes. 

Alexandra was named as a finalist in the Employment and Workplace Relations Category in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for 2022.
