FCB Workplace Law Partnership Team expands

FCB Group is pleased to welcome two new Partners to the FCB Workplace Law Partnership team. Brittany Byrne and Michal Roucek have been promoted to Partner effective 1 July 2021.

Brittany is a leading expert in providing workplace business solutions to employers in the professional services, hospitality, retail, and building and construction industries. Brittany has been part of the FCB Workplace Law team in Brisbane for over 3 years and has been promoted from her position as Special Counsel.

Fellow Brisbane law Partner, Accredited Specialist and Executive Manager of the FCB Law Team, Bianca Seeto, states;Brittany is a brilliant technical lawyer and a great litigator who develops strong relationships with her clients. She is an integral part of the Law team and I’m very excited to welcome her to the Partnership.”

Michal joined the FCB Workplace Law team in Sydney over two years ago and has been promoted from his position as Senior Associate. Michal has worked in Sydney and in London exclusively in workplace and industrial relations law for over 12 years. He has particular experience in representing businesses and individuals in a range of industries including aged care, healthcare, children’s services, construction & infrastructure, manufacturing and transport and logistics.

These promotions bring FCB Workplace Laws’ Partnership team from seven to nine.
